Megan D. Crespi, Executive Vice President, is Chief Enterprise Technology & Operations Services Officer for Comerica Bank. She is a member of Comerica’s Management Executive Committee.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Enterprise Technology & Operations Services Officer for Comerica Bank, Crespi oversees the bank’s enterprise payments, lending & trade services, information technology and technology operations units. She also serves a member of Comerica’s Management Executive Committee.
In March 2020, Crespi joined Comerica after serving as Chief Technology Officer for Ally Financial since 2018 where she led the firm's cloud footprint, strategy and infrastructure operations teams. She started with Ally in 2009, supporting the Ally Dealer Financial Services Consumer Credit, SmartAuction (online vehicle remarketing platform), Sales Performance and Dealer Online Services. In 2014, she was promoted to Chief Information Officer for the Auto Finance business.
Crespi began her career in consulting at PwC, later joining MicoStrategy, before joining General Motors in 2000 where she held various technology roles, ultimately serving as Officer for Global Service & Parts Operations. In 2009, Crespi joined GMAC (now Ally Financial), during which she was responsible for aligning IT strategies with emerging business initiatives.
Crespi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
