BOCA RATON, Fla., July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Comerica Bank has relocated its Florida headquarters to Boca Raton's newest class 'A' office building, The Milan at Town Center. The banking company has signed a multi-year lease at the seven-story building at 1675 N. Military Trail.

The bank occupies more than 23,500 square feet on the building's sixth floor in addition to a 3,500 square foot banking center located on the street level. Comerica has 54 employees at its Milan location. Comerica's former Boca Raton office was located at 18000 Corporate Blvd.
Randy Nobles, president of Comerica's Florida region, says the new location offers customers the amenities that will help the Dallas-based bank expand its business in the state.
"Our clients will appreciate the central location, the convenient parking and the attention to detail in every aspect of the building," Nobles said. "The Milan at Town Center is truly the premier office center in the area and we're proud to be a major tenant in this important development."
The first floor banking center offers a full range of banking and wealth management services, including an ATM and safe deposit services. The center is open Monday - Thursday from 9am to 4:30pm and Friday from 9am - 5pm. The center is managed by Craig Weingarden.
In addition, the space features a 754-square foot community room available to local organizations for meetings, training sessions or other activities.
"At Comerica, we take our community involvement very seriously," Nobles said. "We know that sometimes it's difficult for groups to find safe, convenient meeting locations. That's why we specifically built this facility into our floor plan and we're eager to share that with the community."
