DETROIT, Aug. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Comerica Bank's Rich Rewards checking account package has been enhanced so that everyone can be rewarded with discounts on loans and bonuses on time deposits.

Rich Rewards is an interest checking account which provides a package of bank and non-bank discounts and the ability to link up to three additional deposit accounts to waive the monthly maintenance fee. Customers receive a 0.25 percent discount on loans and a 0.15 percent bonus on time deposit accounts with a maturity of one year or more.
The minimum balance requirement for Rich Rewards is $2,500 or $5,000 in Rich Rewards Checking and/or up to three related accounts (Statement Savings, Money Market Investment Account, High Yield Money Market Investment Account, time deposit or IRA) each day. Rich Rewards also provides customers other money-saving benefits, including a discount on the rental of a safe deposit box, free single signature American Express Travelers Cheques, three free cashiers checks per year and Hertz car rental discounts
