Comerica and First Independence Operate ATMs in New Metropolitan Detroit Airport Terminal

DETROIT/March 7, 2002 -- Comerica Bank and First Independence National Bank announced today that they are jointly operating 10 automated teller machines (ATMs) in the new Edward H. McNamara Terminal at Wayne County’s Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Comerica has one of the largest ATM networks in Michigan, with 532 ATMs, including 15 in partnership with First Independence at Detroit Metro Airport.

The McNamara Terminal ATM locations are:

On the sixth floor parking level, in the pre-pay area;

In Concourse A near Gates A8, A71, A23, A29, A36, A47, A53 and A61; and

In Concourse B near Gate B2, next to Einstein Bagels.

"These ATMs offer convenient cash access for thousands of retail customers, restaurant diners, and passengers visiting the terminal everyday."

The services available with McNamara Terminal ATMs include the ability to make cash withdrawals, balance inquiries and transfer funds between accounts. Comerica customers also can make loan payments and print mini-statements at any of these ATMs.
