Comerica Bank Continues Expansion in North Texas with Opening of New Banking Center in Garland

DALLAS, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Comerica Bank has announced the opening of a new banking center at 4950 N. Garland Ave. in Garland. The North Garland-Naaman Forest Banking Center is the third new Comerica banking center to open in North Texas in 2006.

Comerica's commitment to grow its retail banking presence in Texas began in 2004. "Since we initiated our plan for strategic growth, we have opened 14 new banking centers in North and South Texas, and relocated five banking centers to new locations," said Charles L. Gummer, president, Comerica Bank- Texas Market.

Gummer added that Comerica recognizes the value of business relationships forged in the fast-growing Texas market. "Our retail expansion and business- line diversification will continue to support our commitment to relationship banking and to the market," he said.

The new North Garland-Naaman Forest Banking Center features Saturday banking, an ATM (automated teller machine) and night depository.
