Comerica Recognized For Excellence in Serving Small Businesses

DETROIT, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Comerica Incorporated (NYSE: CMA) has received five awards for excellence in serving small businesses from Greenwich Associates in their Business Banking Research Program for 2005. Greenwich conducts customer satisfaction research and provides consulting services in the financial services industry.

Comerica received awards for excellence in overall customer satisfaction at a national level and in the West and Midwest regions of the U.S., and excellence in cash management at the national level and in the West region.

Greenwich recognized a total of 40 banks for service excellence in business banking. The awards are based on the results of Greenwich Associates' 2005 Business Banking program, a biennial survey which this year included interviews with over 22,000 businesses with annual sales of $1 million to $10 million, in 66 major markets.
