"Our data vault takes information exchange to the next level," said McCarty. "Businesses that rely on software, encryption, couriers, faxes or other applications should realize immediate benefits from our new service, such as a reduced dependence on IT resources and operational support. In an environment where information fraud, theft and leakage are on the rise, solutions like data vault can help minimize the business risk."

Comerica Data Vault is easy to set up and simple to use, and expedites the transfer and exchange of files, such as those associated with Lockbox, Automated Clearing House (ACH), Account Reconcilement Processing (ARP) and check imaging, among others.

The Comerica Data Vault utilizes Cyber-Ark Software Inc.'s patented vaulting technology.

"Customers who have added Comerica Data Vault to their existing suite of services agree that it represents the new standard for secure electronic information sharing," McCarty added. "As the business bank of choice, we are proud of our continuing ability to make it work for them."
