Small Businesses Learn About Customer-Centered Selling at Comerica Seminar

DETROIT, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Small business owners will get assistance with their sales efforts at a Comerica Bank small business workshop on customer-centered selling, Thursday, September 15, 2005, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the John Lewis Community Center on Macomb Community College's South Campus, located in Building K at 14500 East 12 Mile Road in Warren, Mich. A pre-workshop continental breakfast will begin at 8 a.m.

The seminar is part of a comprehensive series of workshops sponsored by Comerica that are designed to help small business owners succeed.

Ralph Nichols, president of the Ralph Nichols Group, Inc. which offers Dale Carnegie Training in Southern Michigan, will discuss how to identify new opportunities; what the dominant buying motives are for customers; developing solutions; understanding, evaluating and negotiating; and how to establish mutually beneficial, empathetic relationships.
