For the fourth consecutive year, Comerica Bank has been named by LATINA Style Magazine as being among the "50 Best Companies for Latinas to Work for in the U.S." Comerica Bank is ranked #32 on this prestigious 2012 list of the best companies for Latinas to work. The annual survey of the 50 best companies for Latinas to work for in the United States serves as the most respected source of employment and career information for Hispanic women in the country. More than 800 of the most prominent corporations in the United States vied for a spot on this list and were evaluated based on issues that LATINA Style readers identified as most important to them in the workplace. Some of the evaluation criteria included mentoring programs, Latina board members, minority supplier diversity programs, job retraining, and increase in overall Latina population, among other criteria.
